Two great movies

So yesterday I got off work early. Actually I didnt go back to the office after my drilling was done (who would anyway). So for the first time in a while, I managed to catch 2 shows in the afernoon.
The first one was 'Crash' and within the first 10 minutes I was already cringing (good cringing, not a bad one). The movie was a showcase of all that can go wrong when cultures clash. It was about bigotry, discrimnation, racism and prejudice. It was about hope and tragedy coupled with irony and poetic injustice. And because it's based in LA, I could connect with it. Like when the Persian family dismayed at being mistaken for Arabs and when the Mexican locksmith shrugged when faced with naked racism. So through my working experience with these nationalities I kind of understand where these ugly realities can come from, but I cant really condone it either even though I am very guilty of it myself (and not really willing to say more about it yet)
The other noir drenched movie is 'Batman Begins' which was really really good. I can't really put a finger to it but I came out convinced that this is one of the best Batman movie adaptions ever. And if someone out there knows of a company like Wayne Enterprise (I dont think it really fits the bill of a corporation), sign me up please. I would love to join a business entity that actively engages in projects for the benefit of society.
