Fears well founded

A few days ago I was suddenly overcome by paranoia after doing some project research on fault lines and geology in Los Angeles. So I googled a Los Angeles emergency/evacuation plan and came up with zilch. And now my fears are well founded.

There are at least 13 million people living in Los Angeles County. To the south, Orange County's (OC) evacuation plan is to move people to Los Angeles and San Diego. So when the Big One hits Southern California, where do we all go?
